He drived our vice-president to the destination. It was a One-way street just near where I lived, I asked him to drop me off there and walked home.

I didn’t know whether he had got home safe and sound. I thought that I should had called him at about nine o’clock and told him that I may drive him home. He was a kind old man and then I began to blame myself.
Probably the meeting hasn’t ended up, I thought. When I was going to phone him, I found that I hadn’t writen down his phone number. Quickly, I called a colleague and got the number, then I phoned him.
He was in the meeting and very happy when he heard my words. He appreciated my concern and refused my help politely.
